Baked Butternut Squash And Frozen Blackberries Smoothie
Butternut squash is a very good idea for a creamy yet light smoothie, and blackberries, fresh or frozen, make a beautiful match.
Oat flakes and oat drink keep the texture soft, while avocado and almonds add depth and richness.
A few pieces of pineapple bring a gentle tropical note.
If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add one or two dates or a teaspoon of honey.
Bake the butternut squash
Preheat the oven to 220C with ventilation.
Cut the butternut squash into medium-sized cubes.
Spread on a lined baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes, until golden and caramelized on the edges.
The smoothie
Put all the ingredients into a blender, starting with the liquid.
Blend on medium-high speed for about one minute, or until smooth and creamy.
Enjoy.
