The recipe

In advance

Peel the bananas, cut them in round slices and freeze them.

The smoothie

Squeeze the lemons with a citrus squeezer or by hand.

Blend the lemon juice with the oat drink, honey, blueberries and mint leaves at high speed.

Add the frozen bananas, almonds and oat flakes.

The frozen bananas replace the ice cubes while helping create a soft, ice cream-like texture.

Blend at medium speed for about one minute, or until smooth and creamy.

Enjoy.

  • Bananas - 100 grams

  • Organic oat drink - 175 ml

  • Honey - 1 teaspoon

  • Oat flakes - 30 grams

  • Almonds - 15 grams

  • Lemon juice - around 75 ml (from two medium lemons)

  • Fresh mint - 4-5 leaves

  • Blueberries - 20 grams
